Through my understanding of the ebb and flow of the Real Estate market in the GTA, I am able to guide you effectively by providing you with an analysis of the value of your home and create a concrete strategy on how to market and sell your home. I provide you with a timeline on how we get there from start to finish!
I have a roster of talented stagers I work with who, at the beginning of the listing process, will provide an overall plan as to how to present your home to attract the “right” buyers and sell for top dollar.
I have a number of contacts to help make the process stress free and efficient. My list consists of people who I can rely on to provide my clients with time sensitive, impeccable service to get your home looking its very best. My list includes: painters, wallpaper experts, art hangers, handyman, electricians, cleaners, window washers, gardeners, pool maintenance, photographers, mortgage brokers, lawyers etc.
I have an incredible marketing team who combine both digital marketing techniques and paid promotion to position and advertise your home to as many potential buyers as possible.
Buyers
From our first meeting I like to get a wish list as to what my client is looking for and from there, I narrow down neighbourhoods and school districts and we start looking. Through my tight network of colleagues, I often am able to find out about houses that will be listed before they get onto MLS. This helps my clients get early access to homes that fit their criteria. I find that in Real Estate timing is everything and my goal is to get my clients to the front of the line whenever possible.
